At MPS the combination of Laser, Plasma and Waterjet provides us maximum flexibility for profile cutting solutions. Whether it is structural steel plates, precision sheet metal components, large format architectural metalwork, decorative panels, sculptures or signage we have you covered. Our CNC press brakes offer accurate and repeatable folding for pressings up to 4m in length, complex one-off folds or large batches of pressed components are all within our capabilities. For the processing of structural steel our CNC beamline offers the very best in cutting, drilling, tapping, milling and scribing.

Laser Cutting

Fast and accurate with superb edge quality in mild steel, corten, galvanised or electro-galvanised sheet, stainless and aluminium. Laser cutting is the ideal solution for sheet metal parts, mechanical components and architectural metalwork.

Plasma Cutting

Our plasma cutting service offers an excellent solution for structural steel profiles and heavy mechanical components. The beveling capability makes weld preps a breeze. With the latest in plasma cutting technology this machine offers exceptional accuracy and cut quality.

Waterjet Cutting

When you require high accuracy combined with perfectly square cuts and no heat affected zone across a range of material both ferrous and non-ferrous then Waterjet Cutting provides an optimal solution.


Press Brake Folding

Accurate folding from 0.5mm to 12mm thick from one off parts to large batches. Save on welding and give your projects a professional finish with CNC pressed components.

Processing of Structural Steel
